Pathik is currently Franchisee/Owner/Operator of 16 units in North Carolina market. Pathik directly oversees the complete operation. He is responsible for over seeing all position of the company including, field operation, local marketing strategy, community relationships, employee culture, new store development, and most importantly, increasing sales and customer count. Pathik has experience as a Director of Operations at Apex Food in Charlottesville, Virginia for four Dunkin’ unit for five years.

Pathik has over thirteen years of management experience ranging from different types of businesses, mainly in the food industry, and has had ownership interest in an event management company, Prime Event Management, which he operated for four years. 

Furthermore, with an educational background in architecture, and working for Sapra Group Architects for five years, Pathik has a strong understanding of the development process as he has experience with feasibility studies, site analysis, site plans and working with local zoning and planning boards, all of which will be extremely instrumental in the development process for new location and as well as renovation.
