Autumn Faison

"I was born in Miami, FL & raised in Middlesex, NC. I graduated from Smithfield -Selma High School with honors and later earned an Associate’s in Child Development (k-5) from Johnston Community College. 

At 19 years old I decided childcare wasn’t what I really wanted to do so on a leap of faith I jumped into the Hospitality/Restaurant Industry as a cook for Denny’s. In my 10-year career within Denny’s I worked my way up the ranks to General Manager & then to Network Trainer. In 2019 I accepted a job as a Training Director for Panera Bread in Raleigh, NC. 

I was responsible for training Team Leaders, Restaurant Leaders & District Managers. I joined VAAP MGMT in October of 2023. I have the pleasure of kicking off the Buffalo Wild Wings Go journey for VAAP MGMT by opening their very 1st location (and the very 1st location in all of NC) in Raleigh. For once I feel at home; Complete might I say."
