Candace Kent

“I grew up in the Smoky Mountain National Park, in Bryson City NC where I lived until I was 16 years old. I moved to Franklin, NC until moving to Sanford, NC in 2016, where I received my associate degree in business administration from Central Carolina Community College. I have worked in the service industry since I was 16 years old ranging from Subway, McDonalds, Burger King, Bear Zoo and Walmart.

Just prior to coming to Dunkin’, I worked at Hardee’s as the General Manager for approximately two years. I have been with Dunkin’ since December 2016. I started as a crew member in Sanford. 

I was quickly promoted to shift leader & then moved my way up to the Store Leader. I was then promoted to Multi Unit Leader prior to VAAP Management acquiring the network. In 2023 I was promoted to Executive Assistant for VAAP Management.”
