“I was born & raised in Waukesha Wisconsin. I graduated from Waukesha South High School in 1988. I attended UW-Waukesha for 2 semesters’ prior to joining the Army in 1989. I have over 35 years of experience in the Hospitality/Restaurant Industry.
I began my career in the Army, as a culinary cook. I was responsible for the preparation, cooking and serving meals to our soldiers, from 150 personnel up to as many as 15,000. I deployed nine times, each time serving our soldiers the best food experiences of their deployments and home station lives.
I attended many military schools such as Airborne school, advanced airborne school (Jumpmaster), Basic NonCommissioned Officer course (BNCOC – leadership), Advanced Non-Commissioned Officer course (ANCOC – advanced leadership), Equal Opportunity Leaders course, HAZMAT course, Ammunitions course, Advanced Culinary School, and many more.
After 21 years serving our country, I worked for 1 year as an assistant manager for Dragon Lanes bowling center and was additionally the manager of the kitchen/snack bar for the center. I am proud to have been with Dunkin’ for 11 and a half years and with VAAP Management since they acquired the Network nearly 3 years ago as an Above Restaurant Leader.”
