John Levecque

“I was born & raised in Maine & graduated from Southern Maine College with a degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management. I moved with my family to Raleigh, NC in 2006. I have over 35 years of experience in the Hospitality/Restaurant Industry. I began my career in hotels with New England Hospitality Management where I worked in every state in New England as well as Florida over a 10-year span. My career then moved into Restaurants where I was with Uno’s Chicago Grill (famous for Deep Dish Pizza) as a Managing Partner/Regional Director for 10 years.

I also worked for wellknown brands such as Red Robin, Chili’s & Denny’s, where I was a Regional Director of Operations. I am proud to have been with Dunkin’ for the past 6 years. 

I was with Dunkin’/Inspire Brands as a Business Consultant for 4 years & with VAAP MGMT as the Director of Operations for the past 2 years, where I oversee operations for all brands.”
