“I was born and raised in Central New York. Where I raised my four children. I moved to Broadway, NC in 2021. I have over 30 years of experience in the Hospitality/Restaurant Industry. 

I began my career as a line cook at a local breakfast house. At the same time, I was an accountant that specialized in Small Business Bookkeeping and Payroll. In 1998 I switched gears and opened a bar/restaurant. I was solely responsible for all aspects of the business until I sold it in 2020. In addition, I also ran a home-based cake/bakery business.

I started with VAAP Management in 2021 as a part time finisher. I am currently an Above Restaurant Leader that oversees 6 locations.”
